OPEN+ respects your privacy. This notice explains how information you choose to share when contacting us may be handled. This is an initial website notice and should be reviewed against OPEN+'s final operational and regulatory arrangements before launch.
Information you provide
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we may receive your name, contact details, product interest and the information you include in your message. Please do not send identity documents, bank details, medical information or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to your request, explain available options, arrange follow-up communication and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not promise that any product is available or that an application will be accepted.
WhatsApp and third parties
Clicking a WhatsApp link opens a service operated by WhatsApp/Meta. Your use of that service is also governed by its own terms and privacy practices. Where needed for a requested product, information may be shared with authorised service or insurance partners only under appropriate arrangements and applicable law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information where applicable, or ask us to stop marketing communications. Contact anthony@openplus.tech.
Security and retention
We aim to use reasonable safeguards and retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for legitimate purposes and legal obligations. Do not include confidential information in your first WhatsApp message.
